The Wellness Club at Whole Foods Market – Lincoln Park presents a unique cooking and yoga class that will help you detox, recharge, energize – and have fun!
Yoga instructor and personal trainer, Suzanne Ko will begin the class by leading a 45 minute Sivananda yoga class. After the core-strenthining and meditvate practice, Amanda Skrip will take over in the kitchen and prepare a delicious, spa-like menu that is easy to recreate at home.
Class is appropriate for newbie or experienced yogis and cooks! Menu will be nutrient dense, plant-based and gluten-free.
